Here it is – the new Sako rifle for the Canadian Rangers

The Canadian Rangers require a hunting rifle for survival and self defence against large North American carnivores at ranges of 0 metres to 300 metres. Currently, the Rangers use the Lee Enfield No. 4 to meet these requirements but the age and the scarcity of parts for this weapon will soon make it very difficult if not impossible to maintain, according to the Department of National Defence and Colt Canada.

Update zum "Wildnistourer Abenteuer Buch"

Einige haben mich gefragt, ob es ein Buch über Bushcraft oder Survival wird. Nein, wird es nicht, es wird ein Buch über verschiedene Abenteuer, die ich selbst in über 30 Jahren erlebt habe. Es wird Beschreibungen über Ereignisse geben, Geschichten und natürlich auch Informationen über angewandte Techniken und über meine Ausrüstungen/Ausstattungen geben, sowie einige nützliche Tipps.
In erster Linie möchte ich mit dem Buch die Neugier auf Abenteuer und Outdoor allgemein wecken und die Lust zum loslegen steigern, denn die Welt hat unheimlich viel zu bieten.
